ARLINGON, VA – Air Force Aid Society is thrilled to announce that we have awarded $3.65 Million in Hap Arnold Education Grants to 1,343 dependent scholars!
The General Henry H. Arnold Education Grant program is the centerpiece of the Society’s education support initiatives, awarding competitive education grants to eligible Air Force and Space Force dependents (spouses and children). The Hap Arnold grant is uniquely tailored to recognize the proper weighing of family income and education costs.
The children of Airmen and Guardians face unique challenges due to relocations and deployments. Our education support programs provide a greater sense of stability for these families and ensure all family members can pursue a quality education.
Applicants have been notified of their Grant award status via email. Grants range from $2,000 to $5,000, with the specific amount awarded based upon a student’s individual level of financial need. Funding may be applied towards tuition, fees, books, supplies, and other curriculum-required materials.
Congratulations to all of this year’s worthy recipients!
