80 Years of Impact Video Contest

The Air Force Aid Society’s (AFAS) “80 Years of Impact” Video Contest is centered around showing how AFAS has impacted you.

We have partnered with The Army & Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) to provide AAFES Exchange Gift Cards valued at $150 for first place and $75 for second place and $25 for third place winners with the best video submissions.

The Contest begins on June 20, 2022, at 12:01:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and the period for entering the Contest ends on July 22, 2022, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Entry Period”).

2022 U.S. Air Force Charity Ball 2022 Recap

Thank you to the 2022 Air Force Charity Ball Committee, the Air Force Officers’ Spouses’ Club (AFOSC), Spouses’ Clubs and Thrift Shops, corporate and organizational sponsors, and attendees for your support of our annual gala.

There were over 500 attendees at this year’s in-person gala at Washington Nationals Ballpark. With their support, we raised $684,264 to help Airmen, Guardians, and their families through AFAS.

Alex Toussaint Fireside Chat Event 🔥

Air Force Aid Society joined forces with Alex Toussaint and his foundation, The Do Better Foundation, for a “Fireside Chat” at Joint Base Andrews in April. The event featured a discussion with Alex Toussaint, Peleton Senior Instructor, and our CEO Kaleth Wright about wellness, resiliency, and physical and mental health. Additionally, through The Do Better Foundation, bikes were donated to the JBA Tactical Fitness Center during a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
