Board of Trustees Annual Meeting Update

On July 2nd, Air Force Aid Society held its annual Board of Trustees meeting at the Pentagon, attended by AFAS team members, Trustees, and leadership from both the Air Force and Space Force.

During the meeting, AFAS Board of Trustees President Jim Reagan and AFAS CEO Major General (Ret.) Ed Thomas reported on the Society’s recent impacts and achievements. In addition, they outlined their strategic vision emphasizing the importance of reconnecting with our forces, and engaging with corporate sponsors, partners, and donors.

This renewed focus underscores AFAS’s commitment to providing critical assistance and fostering resilience within the Air Force and Space Force communities. Moving forward, AFAS remains dedicated to enhancing its programs and resources, ensuring that more Airmen, Guardians, and their families have the support they need – when they need it most.

“I am honored that I was selected for this program and your generosity allows me to continue my education at West Chester University.

Since I am a Marketing major, your financial support will help fund my passion for business and further my education. As I enter my sophomore year, I will continue to work hard to maintain my 4.0 GPA. I look forward to learning more about my major and exploring different internship and career opportunities.

Your donation helps me turn my dreams into a reality, and I am extremely grateful.”

Congratulations, Angelina! We wish you all the best with your studies.
